Welcome to Windmill Hill
For the best in Canadian handcrafted soap you need look no further. It is our passion and our business. Please, browse our store, or join us at one of the events we will be attending throughout the year.

New temptations!!!!
We've spent the last couple of months hunkered down in the studio, doing what we love, experimenting with new scents, new looks and new ideas. Take a stroll through the store and check out some of our new offerings. Goats Milk soap is something that was requested weekly at Orangeville Farmers Market so we did an unscented version and one  combined with our popular natural honey almond fragrance. For all you harding working mechanics, gardeners and my Dad, Grease Monkey comes to the rescue. It is what I'd call a "shift it" kinda soap, living out in the boonies we've tested it on a variety of substances with great results! Salt bars are something my fellow Soap Guild members have been making for a while and I have to say they are on to something. I combined mine with Lavender and Dead Sea Salt to give a you very different exfoliating experience. Now for something for the men, we tested a few mens fragrances and Bamboo & Teak  was our outright favourite. I have to confess that although I put it in the shower for my boys to use, I love the scent so much that I'm using it too! Gardeners soap is one that we had at the market last year and was so popular I didn't get around to putting it in the webstore, sorry. Cornmeal is a great exfoliant for your hands, not too rough but still effective. Fruity scents are something new to us, so to make up for that we have two, Mango papaya and Pineapple, both make a juicy and delicious addition to your morning shower. I've left my favourite until last, those of you who know me will know my love of Patchouli based scents, well Kasbah fulfills all those fantasies. Imagine walking through the Souk in Marrakech or Tunis, the exotic perfumes and spices, beautiful jewelry and embroidered fabrics.....sorry, getting carried away there! Come see us and smell all our georgeous soaps at any of the shows we will be attending this year, you can check out dates on the calender and also at Orangeville Farmers Market starting on May 8th. We look forward to seeing you all at those events this year.3soap.jpg
